Someone who engages in coordinated nonconformity against niches and subculture. That's pretty much it.

It's trying to be a nonconformist without fitting the stereotypes of what nonconformity is. Ie, Punk or Goth culture is so well understood now that a hipster would reject it as a viable opportunity to not conform.
